SKECHERS CORPORATE HQ EXPANSION
Since our first days in downtown Manhattan Beach, we’ve been proud to call the South Bay our home. As we’ve grown into a global leader in lifestyle footwear, we’ve remained dedicated to our community – giving back through charitable events and traditions, from the annual Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk where thousands walk from Manhattan Beach to Hermosa Beach and back for children with special needs and schools across the South Bay, to the Holiday Fireworks, Snow Park and Hermosa for the Holidays.
A modernized corporate executive and design center is the latest addition to our campus, and will double our office and showroom space in Southern California. Slated to open in 2024, the new buildings are designed to achieve LEED certification, Gold and aspire to enhance the Pacific Coast Highway thoroughfare. We believe that our expanded headquarters in the cities of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach will encourage our professional teams and visitors to explore even more of the South Bay’s businesses, from its neighborhood eateries to shopping areas.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the project take?
The first phase of the new Skechers Corporate Headquarters in Manhattan Beach is now complete with the expansion of Skechers’ main office space at 330 South Sepulveda Boulevard. The two Hermosa Beach buildings at 2901 and 3001 Pacific Coast Highway are currently under construction, and are scheduled to be completed in 2024.
What areas will be under construction?
The new center will be located on the west side of Pacific Coast Highway between Duncan Avenue and Gould Avenue. The architecture of the Skechers Corporate Offices and Design Center will match the same modern design as our existing office on 330 South Sepulveda Boulevard.
What are the construction hours?
We will abide by all construction regulations and noise ordinances for the cities of Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.
• Hermosa Beach: Monday – Friday at 8:00am – 6:00pm and at Saturday at 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Manhattan Beach: Monday – Friday at 7:30am – 6:00pm and Saturday at 9:00am – 6:00pm
No work will be conducted on Sundays and federal holidays.
What will happen to the cars that currently park at the construction site?
We have instituted a shuttle system that will transport employees from a designated Hermosa Beach parking lot near Artesia Boulevard to our local offices, which will reduce employee traffic. Construction parking is also provided at 2701 Pacific Coast Highway at the site of the former Round Table Pizza and McCarthy’s current field construction offices.

What should I expect in terms of construction impacts?
The following may occur over the course of the project:
• Temporary construction traffic and lane closures along Pacific Coast Highway at 30th Street, Keats Street, and Tennyson Street.
• One-way eastbound traffic on 30th Street near Pacific Coast Highway.
• Intermittent noise and vibrations during excavation, mitigated by sound walls.
