Since our first days in Downtown Manhattan Beach, we’ve been proud to call the South Bay our home. As we’ve grown into a global leader in lifestyle footwear, we’ve remained dedicated to our community – giving back through charitable events and traditions, from the annual Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk for local schools and children with special needs, to the Holiday Fireworks and Snow Park.

A modernized corporate executive and design center is the latest addition to our campus – one that aspires to enhance the Pacific Coast Highway thoroughfare. We believe that the new location will encourage our professional teams and visitors to explore even more of the South Bay’s businesses, from its neighborhood eateries to shopping areas.

We remain committed to sharing the latest news about our project with the community. Please review our frequently asked questions below.

Skechers’ campus expansion project is currently scheduled to be completed in late 2020 / early 2021.
What areas will be under construction?
The new center will be located on the west side of Pacific Coast Highway between Duncan Avenue and Tennyson Street, and a smaller addition will be added to our existing building at 330 S. We will abide by all construction regulations and noise ordinances for the cities of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. Construction will be limited to Monday – Friday at 7:30am – 6:00pm and Saturday at 9:00am – 6:00pm in Manhattan Beach, and Monday – Friday at 8:00am – 6:00pm and at Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm in Hermosa Beach. No work will be conducted on Sundays.
What will happen to the cars that currently park at the construction site?
We have instituted a shuttle system that will transport employees from a designated Redondo Beach parking lot to our local offices, which we expect will reduce local traffic.
